Booking terms & house rules

Booking

Your booking request is confirmed by us within one hour (8:00–22:00 Bali time). The dates are held for 24 hours while we send a payment link.

Payment

Prices are per villa per night in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Conversions to other currencies are approximate. Payment is made by secure link or bank transfer before arrival unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking. As a rule: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 14–30 days before, no refund later than 14 days before arrival.

Check-in / check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability.

Guests

Maximum 4 guests per villa; an infant in a cot is not counted. Visitors staying overnight must be registered.

House rules

No parties, no pets. Smoking outdoors only. Children must be supervised by adults at the pool at all times. Please respect neighbours after 22:00.

Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear.

Privacy

We use your contact details only to manage your booking and stay. We never sell or share them with third parties, except payment providers when you pay.
