Getting to Gili Air

There is no airport on the island — you arrive by boat. Here are the easiest ways.

From Bali by fast boat
Daily fast boats from Padang Bai (≈1.5 h), Serangan / Sanur (≈2–2.5 h) and Amed (≈1 h). Book a ticket with hotel pick-up in Bali. Morning boats are usually calmer.
From Lombok airport (LOP)
Taxi or private car to Bangsal harbour (≈1.5–2 h), then a public boat (≈15 min) or private speedboat to Gili Air.
From Senggigi (Lombok)
Car to Bangsal (≈45 min) or a direct speedboat from Teluk Nara / Teluk Kode (≈15 min).
On the island
From the harbour take a cidomo (horse cart) or walk/cycle to the villa. Send us your arrival time — we will tell you exactly how to find us.
